My Funny Valentine...19th annual KSEF Valentine’s Day Scholarship Ball

The inclement weather didn’t keep more than 200 from celebrating Valentine’s Day with the men of the Kappa Scholarship Endowment Fund for the 19th annual KSEF Valentine’s Day Scholarship Ball at the Edgewood County Club Feb. 13.

This year’s theme was “My Funny Valentine” and comedian David “The Frog” Bey put the funny into the evening with a set that made the whole room laugh.

Like many others have before when such difficult court actions are finally resolved, Linda Peak found that bankruptcy was her only option to reach financial stability and keep her creditors at bay. She felt at that time, her finances were ruined beyond repair and owning a home would always be a dream.
