Out & About with Brotha Ash

This week I visited Wesley Center A.M.E. Zion Church in the Hill District, Tim’s Bar in the Hill District, Mitchell’s Bar in Oakland, Shadow Lounge in East Liberty and the Black Beauty Lounge in the Hill District.

The ladies came out to celebrate Pitt’s Homecoming at the Shadow Lounge in East Liberty.

Laura and Vickie Winans holdin’ it down at Wesley Center A.M.E. Zion Church in the Hill District.

My first stop was at the Wesley Center A.M.E. Zion Church in the Hill District where gospel singer and comedian Vickie Winans performed for her fans and it was a great performance.

My next stop was at Tim’s Bar in the Hill District where Jawuanda and family celebrated her mom’s birthday in grand style and had a great time.

My next stop was at Mitchell’s Bar in Oakland where birthday man Mike was partying with friends and family for his birthday celebration.

My next stop was at the Shadow Lounge in East Liberty where everyone in the city of Pittsburgh came out to celebrate Pitt’s Homecoming with all of the trimmings.

My final destination was at the Black Beauty Lounge in the Hill District where “Karaoke Night” was in full effect and people from all over came on stage to get their shine on.
