OCT. 18—The Westinghouse High School Alumni Committee will host the Alumni Day and 100th Anniversary Celebration of Westinghouse High School from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. at 1101 N. Murtland St., Homewood. Ladies Night Out

OCT. 19—The Ultimate Beauty Spa will host a Ladies Night Out from 7-9 p.m. at 2015 Murray Ave., Squirrel Hill. There will be a free hands-on workshop by Decca Plus, a natural skin and hair care product line made up of 10 essential oils. There will be refreshments, gifts, free parking and more. Fall Festival

OCT. 20—The Orchid Society of Southwest Pennsylvania will host its Fall Festival at Phipps Garden Center, 1059 Shady Ave., Shadyside. This two-day festival will include an exhibit of blooming orchids, lectures, vendors and more. There will also be a series of free education classes. Admission is free and open to the public. InfraGard Safe Schools

Conference

OCT. 24—InfraGard Pittsburgh will host its 2012 Safe Schools Statewide Conference from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. at Hampton High School, 2929 McCully Rd., Allison Park. The conference will provide simultaneous presentations and interactive forums, which focus on anti-bullying awareness and cyber security. This is for parents and anyone who works with today’s youth. Execs Got Talent

OCT. 24—Every Child Inc. will host Executives Got Talent from 7-9 p.m. at the Pittsburgh Improv, 166 E. Bridge St., Waterfront. Nonprofit executives of Pittsburgh’s companies will participate in a variety show. Participants include Tom Baker, Joyce D. Ellis, Shaunda Miles, Sister Mary Parks, Stefan Rodriguez, Jesse McLean, Everett McElveen and Tera McIntosh. Bruce Jones will be the guest master of ceremonies and Aaron Kleiber will be the headline comedian. Proceeds will benefit Every Child Inc. and its programming. Domestic Violence

OCT. 27—Women of Love Fellowship Ministries will host “Beyond the Pickett Fence: A Deeper Look Into the Issue of Domestic Violence Among Teens & Women” Town Hall Discussion from 1-4 p.m. at Sewickley Academy, 315 Academy Ave., Sewickley. Scholarship Gala

OCT. 27—Gateway Medical Society will host its Physician of the Year Scholarship Gala at 6 p.m. at the Pittsburgh Marriott City Center, Grand Ballroom, 112 Washington Place, Uptown. OCT. 27—The National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives will host the 12th Annual Awards and Scholarship Banquet at 6 p.m. at Point Park University, Lawrence Hall, 212 Wood St., Downtown.
