			<description><![CDATA[It's such old news, something that happened a decade ago. And you asked a most relevant question: "Is it because I'm successful?" The answer is yes. You see, had you been in a low profile career, nothing would have been made of anything going on in your life. And this part is telling: "But things turned south for Kearney last year when the university 'learned' of an affair in 2002 with a female student. The revelation came at just about the same time Kearney was discussing a pay raise and a contract extension." I infer from the reference to "learned" that someone "was into your business." Oh, well, c'est la vie, mais ce n'est pas le fin, Bev!]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[I really doubt that any school in Texas had a policy to give any acceptance to same sex relationships in 2002. I can't fault these women for not revealing their relationship. Clearly the school's policy was designed to protect students from unfair pressures from facility etc. But, such a policy should have also protected the privacy of any relationship between two adults. These women were adults, there is no evidence here of Kearney taking advantage of her position, and they would have both suffered harm if they were force to be out. This is Texas.]]></description>
