			<description><![CDATA[Privatizing the GED Program and allowing Pearson to turn it into a For Profit institution is DEFINITELY not the answer. This is a way to close the doors to a high school equivalency for so many. Adult Education was coordinating the GED programs with Workforce Development and school districts, but now Pearson is closing that door. This sell out is causing problems across the nation and I am not sure how our drop outs will benefit. If they have brains and money, it will be easy, but those who need guidance will suffer.]]></description>
