			<description><![CDATA[You say: "The recurring theme of the cover story is that White people are afraid to talk about race because they are afraid how Black people will respond. Where is the evidence for this claim? None is given." Seriously?...He re's the evidence, right here (from the Philadelphia Inquirer, Saturday, march 16, 2013): "Mayor Nutter issued a scathing letter Friday...asking the City Human Relations Commission to consider a rebuke of the magazine and the article's author." Mayor Nutter just proved the author's point. I doubt if the author is actually "afraid" as you say, but Mayor Nutter sure doesn't seem to have a very healthy respect for other people's 1st Amendment rights. Rebuke, indeed.]]></description>
