Let me say again what I have been saying since Obama took office in 2009. Obama is an African-America n because his father is an African and he was born in America. But his ancestry did not go through “Jim Crow” or slavery. Therefore, he does not have the back ground to understand Black issues. He was raised White. He was raised to think White. He is Black in color and he married Black. As far as President, he is surrounded by Whites who make the policies. What you have reported is a White American Policy Toward Blacks. It does not break with the traditional White policies of the past 50 years. So I am shocked that you as a public relations/gover nment affairs person cannot see this after 5 years of political rule.
