			<description><![CDATA[Shockingly clear. I am not in the USA but it would seem to an outsider that this argument of weak economic interest and poor commitment to economic security has always been the bane of the black nations. \if we look around us today we will notice the willingness to allow the Asian countries to take over key economic enterprises and thereby weaken the economic base of the country. it is as Garvey said, self reliance is the key to independence. It is unfortunate that this self reliance seems to have been externalised leaving the politicians to do as they will.]]></description>
