Great story -- I lived in Wilkinsburg for the past six years and I have never had any problems. It's a great neighborhood, with friendly people -- my neighbors taught me how to garden! They look out for me and for my house. I think investors would be wise to start grabbing those 700 and some vacant properties -- especially with this new liquor thing happening. I've only seen big improvements since i've been in Wilkinsburg and I'm looking forward to seeing even more!
