You display the right disposition for such a noble profession. I wonder whether you had ever considered sharing your professional observations to women -- and yes, maybe men, too -- on ways to avoid this dreadful disease. Sounds to me by reading your post you have a potential best seller just by way of your compassion and human understanding.

How wonderful to see Clarice doing so well after all this time. I remember taking care of her when she was hospitalized, She was a wonderful patient. Sweet, never complained, never asked for any special treatment. In those days she was on a ton of meds and the cocktail of these pills had to be given at specific times exactly to enhance their effectiveness. Yet she never complained, seldom even put on her call light. She was a joy to care for. I beautifl person!!!. The last time that I'd seen her she was in an electric scooter. What a blessing to see how far she's come. I've been a registered nurse for nearly 25 yrs and Ishe is one patient whom I will always remember fondly. It was very humbling experience to care for her. She is a reminder to us all to take nothing for granted in this life. I salute you and your courage Clarice. May God contim=nue to bless you.
