			<description><![CDATA[Thelonious Monk leaves giant footsteps in jazz history. And to be called the greatest is testimony to that very greatness. Look, we've had a host of greats: Canadian Oscar Peterson, Art Tatum, Nat "King" Cole (give a listen to "Rose Room"), Errol Garner, Earl "Fatha" Hines, Mary Lou Williams, even Fats Waller (give a listen to his piano on "Honeysuckle Rose"), and Hazel Scott. And I haven't gotten to all. So with a lineup like that, Monk indeed stands tall!]]></description>
