I do not know why people still fully rely on commercial. I do get that elders sometimes give away their trust to easily, which is wrong. But before taking any actions, especially if we are talking about loans here, it is better to consult someone, check the state's law, analyze possible consequences and only then decide whether to apply for loans or not. This is exactly what I do and I tell this to my parents and grandparents. A $10 000 loan cannot be hassle-free. I just don't believe it. You should not as well.

So you want to take up study at a vocational institute. Let's say, technical writing. You've heard all the wonderful things about it, job security, demand and all that. Yes, it sounds good. You go to the school for an interview, at the end of which you're ready to begin. But wait. There's something you might ask before proceeding. You might ask about the contract you have to sign. Because here's what some prospective students of vocational study have found out. You sign a contract with the school. But sometime later you get a letter, shall we say, from a "third party." You get pissed after reading the information sent you. You find, to your chargin, you've been had, . The vocational school has factored your paper, your contract, that is, to a finance company. And here's where headaches begin. You now belong to the ubiquitous and predatory finance man. So the commentary above not only is timely but will save you many a nightmare. A word to the wise!
