			<description><![CDATA[You are saying that customers got better at managing credit card debt, then why would so many people still apply for cashadvance? I have seen the latest statistic regarding an average debt owned by a person. Guess what, nothing got better. I can tell you even more, the numbers got bigger which I totally really sad. I don’t understand why isn’t it better to choose simple budgeting over irrational spending? I know that unemployment rate is growing and some people just do not have other choice. But still they need to be more careful with their credit cards and use them as less as possible.]]></description>
