Business seriesOCT. 8—The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh will host their Business Program Series from 12:15-1 p.m. at the Downtown and Business branch, 612 Smithfield St. The topic is “Retire When You Want to Regardless of the Stock Market.” Lee Feldman, president of the Association of Counselors for Equity Securities Inc., will present this workshop. He will discuss the essentials of financial planning and how to choose the right tools to achieve your retirement goals in spite of the market’s ups and downs. The theme is “Connect-Reconnect.” This is the chapter’s signature event held to award scholarships to high school seniors, undergraduates and graduate students.
