APRIL 21—The YWCA Greater Pittsburgh will host their YW Enterprise Spring Business Session from 6-8 p.m. at 305 Wood St., Downtown. April workshops will focus on Business Finance. This week’s topic is “Accounting Principles and Regulations for Business Start Up.” The presenters will be Certified Public Accountants Guilia Dozzi and Crawford Ellenbogen. APRIL 22—The Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh will host their Business Program Series at 12:15-1 p.m. at the Downtown & Business branch, 612 Smithfield St. The topic is “The Unbreakable Laws of Self-Confidence: How to Have the Confidence You Need to Succeed in Every Area of Your Life Part II.” Brian Tracy, a noted author and lecturer, will discuss techniques for overcoming fear of rejection, maintaining a positive attitude no matter what and improving one’s self concept, image and self-esteem.
